Cancellation & Refund Policy
At DATARIXON Technology (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality data automation and intelligence services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Cancellation and Refund Policy to provide clarity on your options.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request the cancellation of their project or service subscription at any stage. However, the following conditions apply:
- Before Commencement: If a cancellation request is received before any work has started on the project, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the hours logged or the percentage of milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Subscription Services: Cancellation of recurring subscriptions must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our development team:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to contact@datarixon.com within 7 days of the payment date.
- Digital Products/Data: No refunds will be provided for data that has already been successfully extracted and delivered to the client.
- Service Failure: If we are unable to fulfill the technical requirements agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW) due to internal limitations, a full or partial refund will be negotiated based on the deliverables.
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by DATARIXON for third-party tools, proxies, or cloud infrastructure specifically for the client's project are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our investigation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@datarixon.com.
